Motorhome
Habitation Service

Keep your motorhome safe, comfortable, and road-ready with our comprehensive habitation service. Our expert technicians carry out a 42-point inspection, covering every key system and safety check, including:

  • We inspect the underside of your motorhome for corrosion, damage, or wear, ensuring the structure remains strong and roadworthy.

  • Both 12v and 240v systems are tested, including sockets, lights, fuses, and charging circuits, to confirm everything is functioning safely.

  • All appliances, pipework, and connections are checked for leaks and correct operation, keeping your cooking and heating systems safe.

  • In addition to leak testing, we carry out a full gas safety assessment for peace of mind when using gas-powered appliances.

  • We test taps, pumps, pipes, and waste outlets for leaks or blockages, making sure fresh and waste water flow as they should.

  • External panels, windows, and doors are inspected for damage or wear, while seals are checked to prevent water ingress.

  • Rooflights, vents, and air circulation systems are tested to ensure proper airflow and compliance with safety standards.

  • We check your fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and other safety equipment for correct function and expiry dates.

  • Using specialist equipment, we measure moisture levels throughout the motorhome to detect hidden leaks or water ingress before they become costly problems.

AWS Approved for Total Peace of Mind

The Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) is a nationally recognised initiative supported by the National Caravan Council (NCC), The Caravan and Motorhome Club, and The Camping and Caravanning Club. It sets the standard for professional servicing of touring caravans and motorhomes across the UK.

To be part of the AWS, workshops must meet strict criteria and undergo regular inspections by independent assessors. Members are required to follow rigorous guidelines — ensuring the right technician carries out the work using the correct tools and maintaining accurate service records. The scheme operates under the core AWS brand, with two service types: Approved Workshop and Approved Mobile Workshop.
